Experience and learn the basics of personal meditation practice. Through effortlessness and ease we will demystify the processes of meditating and work towards finding your own flow to be on the road to developing consistent practice.
The class will involve exploring the wisdom, the science and the art to meditation. Taking a step-by-step approach this class will be divided into four parts:
Each time we sit and meditate, we dissolve stress, bit by bit, and helps your body release states of tension and disease. Science has proven that the practice of meditation helps you spend time in a state of conscious rest, and who doesn’t need more of that! Creatively, your meditation practice helps you see and receive your highest vision, and stay closely connected to your mission.
Through engagement and experience we will explore the benefits, the science, the method and the importance of consistency. By understanding and experiencing meditation we can apply a daily a practice and enjoy all the benefits that meditation has to offer.
Zsuzsa Octaviano believes in living consciously, creatively and courageously. A self proclaimed gypsy she has been travelling her whole life and had based herself in Melbourne for the last seven years, but is proud to call Perth home again. She graduated from Monash University in the Arts majoring in Urban, Regional and International Development and International Studies. It was during this time that her curiosity to live a more conscious and balanced life lead her to yoga and meditation.
A yoga and meditation student first and teacher second, her classes are about sharing a practice that is personal yet adaptable and expansive. She believes that through the practice of meditation we are able to explore and experience life with greater ease, clarity and vitality.
